EXIT's extremely competitive commission structure allows you to keep more of your earnings.  For example, on a $200,000 property, the difference between a standard 50/50 company and EXIT would be $1,200 per property.  I'm sure there are other things you'd want to do with $1,200 per transaction than to just give it to the company you're working for.  Not to mention the fact that these standards are universal.  There are no "behind the scenes" negotiation going on to create different commission splits. EXIT's system is completely transparent.  What you see is truly what you receive.

Low Franchise Fees:

EXIT doesn't charge a percentage, it is a flat fee of $150 per transaction.  Think of all of the companies with less than competitive commission splits that then charge up to a 10% franchise fee on top of that.  On a $200,000 house, the difference between 10% and $150 is $450.  Can you think of other things you'd like to spend that $450 on?  And remember, that $150 per transaction fee stops when you've sold just 18 properties, those percentage franchise fees usually just keep going.

With EXIT, there are no desk fees...ever!

There are companies that offer high commission splits (90/10 being the average) but will charge you up to $2,000 per month just for the privilege of working for their company.  That adds up to $24,000 per year.  You could put someone through college with just the savings EXIT affords you. To further illustrate this, assuming you sell 12 properties per year at an average price of $200,000, with EXIT you'd earn $50,400 with the desk fee company, you'd earn $40,800.  Do you have something else you'd like to spend almost $10,000 per year on other than a privilege?

Sponsoring Residuals:
This bonus, not profit sharing, is a single level reward for helping the company grow. You can earn 10% on every sponsored agent's gross commission for as long as you are an active member of EXIT.  You earn 7% when you retire.  Your beneficiaries earn 5% upon your death.

There are companies, seeing the success of EXIT, that now offer what they call "profit sharing".  Because they have had to force this into their existing business model, it is not nearly as transparent as EXIT's 10%/7%/5% formula.  Instead, they will usually increase their franchise fees and tie the profit to the entire office, which results in highly convoluted and complex mathematical formulas that tend to create an atmosphere of confusion and blind acceptance because the average person can not even begin to understand it.  The theory, though, in tying profit sharing to the office is that it will build teamwork as an office and would benefit everyone.  But, we all know how well forced teams work (remember high school group projects in which usually one person would do 90% of the work and the remaining team members would just reap the benefits?), not to mention the negotiation that goes on behind closed doors.  Even with this added "benefit", these profit sharing devices, tied to "recruiting", usually will amount to no more than a couple of thousand per year.  With EXIT's system, the amount is tied directly to the person you sponsor.  You don't have other people benefiting off of your hard work.  Because you are financially tied to their individual success, EXIT's sponsoring system becomes a built in mentoring program.  With just one sponsored agent, you can achieve 2-3 times the total amount the profit sharing companies can afford.  Imagine what happens when you sponsor more than one agent?  Click HERE for actual data concerning our residual program.
